Shutters in QuickPanel

(1)At the start of the video it is smooth

(2)But the animation is not smooth when I swipe left hand right to switch between notification panel and quick panel

(3) when I played his youtube video and the orientation was changed to landscape orientation, then, I swipe down to hit the quick panel, There was a shutter & the second time I swiped down it is smooth

(4) when I go back to the home screen and swipe down to open quick panel, there is a shutter. I think it's because I have switched back from the landscape orientation.

(5) when I pulled down the quick panel a bit too much, the controls at the bottom gets cut in half.

Share the same issue in beta feedback, this lag issue has been there since 8.5, also can you confirm one more issue for me while clicking on any app in apps section in settings it take 2-3 seconds

Not only in the app section, but most sections have a 1 to 2 second delay in settings

Exactly! The lag is even worse and feels like 10000rs phone not even exxagerating. So am shifted to together control panel with buttons instead of gestures because samsung is shiii. I still can't digest even with exynos 2400 the flagship chip, their optimisation is worst in the industry that normal ui is dropping frames and lagging every second

True,I'm current using s24 exynos variant. Inconsistent all over the ui and frame dropes are clearly there,Frustrating.
