Hello Samsung Support,

After updating my Galaxy A25 (SM-A256E) to One UI 8.5 (Android 16, build EZE6), the SIM network and VoLTE icons no longer appear on the home screen status bar.

Before the update, both SIM network indicators and VoLTE icons were visible in the status bar. After the update, they disappeared from the home screen, although they are still visible in the Quick Panel. Both SIM cards are working normally, and calls, SMS, and mobile data are functioning correctly.

I have already restarted the phone and checked all relevant settings, but the issue remains.

Please confirm whether this is a known bug or an intentional UI change, and advise on any available solution.

Thank you.

You can get that icons back with quickstar module from good lock or fine lock

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please confirm whether the disappearance of the SIM/VoLTE icons after the One UI 8.5 update is an intended UI change or a software bug?

Also, if QuickStar is required to restore these icons, could you please provide the exact QuickStar settings that I need to enable?

Thank you.

That disappearance of icons is because of new UI update. Samsung has removed that icons from homescreen but you can see them when you slide down quick panel

Thank you for your response.

I understand that Samsung has removed these icons from the home screen in the new UI. However, I would like the SIM network and VoLTE icons to be displayed on the home screen status bar exactly as they appear in the Quick Panel.

Is there any way to enable this, either through QuickStar or any other setting?

Thank you.

After updating my Galaxy A25 (SM-A256E) to One UI 8.5 / Android 16 (Build EZE6), the SIM network and VoLTE icons no longer appear on the home screen status bar.

Before the update, both icons were visible. Now they only appear in the Quick Panel when I swipe down.

Both SIM cards are working normally. Please investigate whether this is a bug or an unintended change.

You have not been able to resolve this issue. I am extremely disappointed with Samsung's support. I regret buying a Samsung phone because this issue has still not been resolved.
