Need software update

Samsung Galaxy A9pro, this is my hand set. Company is not sending software update for these handsets, service centres are not updating to upgrade these handsets, can anyone help to upgrade my handset this is 2017 model.

Your phone is now old, it wont get any more software updates. You may get a rare security update once a year but don't expect anything else.
