when we get the update of Oreo in C9. Are you making fool to the customer's for sold samsung phone. If you are not providing the updates on time so why are launches the so many models or series. Please provide the things on proper time otherwise you lose the market share and customer base.

this is customized UI.. that's why it take much more time than others devices like pixel or one plus or nokia

there is no need to take time for update... they have design the UI for their newly launched phones and its come whith oreo...
so there is no need to ne late...
but the actual strategy behind late update is to sale their newly launched phones...
