No, then you have to rely on 3rd party app locker..

Yes that is what I'm doing unfortunately. As I'm unable to put an app lock and disable the contents of brief notifications in One UI 3.1

For notifications conten,check lock screen>notifications

This is for the lock screen, I'm talking about the brief notifications that we see. Suppose I'm using gallery, on top of that i can get notifications from other apps that can be seen on top along with it's contents, like the floating notifications. Unable to disable that.

Disable floating notifications once and try
