Samsung and Jio have a troublesome relationship as throught my usage of Galaxy Note9, Galaxy S9+ and even on Galaxy S10+ there comes a time I dont receive any calls or I cannot call anyone and after rebooting everything works or turning flight mode on and off helps.
This has led me to switch to Oneplus and I can say now I dont have any such issue. Please Samsung Team fix it ASAP as I am planning on buying Galaxy Note 10
seems like You are using a non indian region device verify that . for that You need to install indian firmware to get Jio VoLTE service
other than indian CSC installed you can not use VoLTE service in Samsung using indian provider
dial *#272*Device IMEI# to select sales code INS , from below on the menu you will also get another INS select it and click install .. You are ready to use VoLTE with Jio
if these option dont shows up after using this code that means Your device has a non indian firmware
samsung will not provide you a different firmware in case your device has non indian firmware, in such case you need to take help from sammobile.com website
