Galaxy NoteGreen screen Galaxy Note 9 / Samsung service center helpless .................
Permenant green tint / screen unresponsive
Since one month now, my Galaxy Note 9 Screen turns green every now and then.. But just this morning, the green tint became permanent and also screen is unresponsive.
No physical damage whatsoever. Already tried the following;
Safe mode,
Factory reset,
Nothing helped!
When I took this to the nearest Samsung service center they said, if Reset doesnt work, they cant fix this. When asked them so what to do with the phone now, they said, Ok get a new phone. Problem solved ! How can the company be so irresponsible. As a customer I have spend a fortune on this flagship phone in the year 2018. Two years of use, and should I throw it in garbage ?
(Oh and by the way My friend's phone also faced the same issue a year before and he had to buy a new phone. He also warned me this might happen to my phone too, and Yes it happened. I can see from the Samsung community forum many others also face the same issue)
Why isn't Samsung responding, and if the authorized service centers dont help, what are my options as a disgruntled customer.
If anybody has got this problem solved, kindly share. Thanks

Galaxy NoteDont you think I have tried that. They say, they are not sure if this is a software or hardware issue. They say if screen acts normal sometimes, then they cant promise screen replacement will resolve the issue. They just told me , get new phone.
