Hi.

I'm having a problem since yesterday with my S26 ultra's camera.

While in camera mode, when I try to zoom the screen has a glitch once it reached to 2x. Photo and video both. The phone also starts heating too.

I've tried clearing the data and cache files but still nothing. Already turned off the auto lense switching too. Nothing helps..

Does anyone else have had this problem? If there's any solution please shout out.
Thanks.

Can you share a video/screen recording of what's happening?

I've shared the video. Diagnostic reports also says issues detected

I saw the video... I cannot make a conclusive diagnosis, but what I believe is going on, is that your camera sensor might be damaged.

Boot into safe mode, then do the same exact thing... if it still gets stuck, it most likely is a damaged sensor.
