Notification Panel or Control Panel Issue

Why the notification background color of Swiggy and youtube is more transparent then other this Also applies in Call notification, Airtel application notification. I don't use any notification theme, But why this happens ?

 Device - S24 Snapdragon Varient

 Currently on One UI 9.0, facing this issue from One UI 8.5

 Is it any glitch or it was made like this ?

I dont think so thats a glitch. i also have same phone variant and update. and its been same as you. not all notifications are equally transparent.

Before it was happen when we use notification panel theme via Theme Park module then if we unapply the theme then it gone, but now it not going anywhere
