I enrolled in the One UI 9 Beta Program on my Samsung Galaxy S25 FE and successfully installed the beta version.

After using it for some time, I withdrew from the beta program through Samsung Members. However, my device is still running the beta firmware, and I am not receiving the official stable One UI 9 update, even though the stable version has reportedly been released.

Whenever I check for updates, my device displays "Your software is up to date."

Device Details:

Model: Samsung Galaxy S25 FE (SM-S731B) Current One UI: 9.0 Android Version: 17 Build Number: S731BXXU9ZZI4 CSC: INS (India)

You shouldn't have withdrew the beta program once you have enrolled for the beta update. Samsung releases many beta update patches to fix the ongoing issues or bugs . You might not receive the official update from Samsung as you have not been into beta update for the rest of the time . Now one thing you can do is visit the nearest Samsung authorised Service Centre after backing up all your date into some other device or Hard disk or pen drive . After that they can guide you for the specific problem you are facing and resolve your problem . Please do carry your purchase bill along with you .

I found on internet that smart switch can be useful in this case. Backup current device -> restore previous stable version -> Restore backup from smart switch. Anyone have any idea?

By the help of smart switch you can keep a back up of data but I don't think you can go back at this stage.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would like to inform you that if you deregistered from beta program, then rollback to previous binary using smart switch. After that, you will be able to get stable update.

Kindly follow the bellow steps:

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,

Samsung Customer Support
