i don't think it has anything to do with the nougat update. are you on roaming by any chance? if yes, enable data roaming.

After Nougat update, apps cannot be downloaded/updated through mobile data if you are in roaming network.

You will have to use wi-fi or mobile data from a sim that is in home network until this bug is fixed.

first of all, remove your contact details from this post.

do factory reset to your phone. note: resetting your phone to factory setting will erase everything. you will will become new. better to backup your data first. if you have anything
