One ui beta disaster

I wnrolled doe thw beta version and downloaded the aoftware but dis not install. About 10 days ago i installed it since i xoukd not delete the downloaded software and thay the only download thay showed .

After that I left the beta program . 

Now i am stuck . My phone has not received the second beta update. Neither is customer service able to understand my issue . I tried to downgrade / rollback theough smart switch . Thats is not an option too. I need urgent help. Many features of one ui 9 is not available to me . My phone is also heating up fast . Somebody please help since samsung support and members diasgnostics are replying with generic replies without applying mind.

You have to take it to the service centre

If you left beta why are you expecting a second beta update. Wait for stable or downgrade correctly matching the current bit/binary using odin.

I had to leave beta since the beta testing was over and the beta 2 update did not come. I had no choice but to install beta .
