Subject: Feedback Regarding Animation Lag, Quick Panel Jitter, and Camera Quality on Samsung Galaxy A55 5G
Dear Samsung Team,
I am using the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, and I would like to report several issues that need attention in the upcoming One UI 9 stable update.
UI Animation and Quick Panel: The Quick Panel experiences noticeable lag, jitteriness, and inconsistent animations when opening or expanding it. Please optimize the animations and improve overall UI smoothness.
Selfie Camera Quality: Despite having a 32 MP front camera, the A55 often produces photos and videos with disappointing sharpness, detail, and overall image quality. In my experience, the Galaxy A35 delivers better selfie photos and videos, with more pleasing detail and clarity.
Video Quality and Low-Light Performance: The A55's camera appears to perform well mainly in strong sunlight. In less-than-ideal lighting conditions, image quality, sharpness, and detail noticeably suffer. The selfie camera's video quality also needs improvement.
Camera ISP and Image Processing: Please investigate the camera ISP, image-processing pipeline, and software optimization. The hardware specifications alone do not guarantee good results; image processing must deliver consistent detail, dynamic range, accurate colours, and better performance in different lighting conditions.
My request: Please address these issues in the One UI 9 stable release, particularly the Quick Panel animation jitter and lag, overall UI smoothness, and camera performance. Samsung should also investigate why the Galaxy A35 appears to produce better selfie photos and videos than the A55 in my experience, despite the A55's advertised 32 MP front camera.
I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and delivers meaningful improvements through software optimization and camera processing updates.
A55 has worst camera picture because of their worst optimization hardware capable for clicking good pictures but samsung doesn't properly optimize this software for that Camera
Can somebody tell me why A55 performance worst than A35 in terms of camera and rear video quality despite having powerful hardware and being expensive compared to A35 and i am not just saying this its my experience
